Pre-Adoption Support Leaders - Phil & Connie Wyszynski This team is comprised of families who have adopted both domestically and internationally. They know what it takes to survive "the process" of adoption. They are prepared to mentor you and your family through the maze of paperwork. Their job is to encourage and support you until you get your child! Post-Adoption Support  Leaders - Paul & Zelia McGaha
This team is made up of families who have adopted both domestically and internationally. Paul and Zelia are the coordinators of Forever Familes: The After-Adoption Connection, a Green Acres Baptist Church care group for adoptive families that began in 2005. Forever Families meets monthly for Bible study, family luncheons, coffee for moms and annual retreats. The main purpose of the group is to bring together families who have adopted for fellowship, support and encouragement in an atmosphere of Christian love and understanding. Foster Care  Leader - Woody Edmiston
Woody has been involved in Foster Care as a parent and an advocate. He and his wife adopted two children through a foster-to-adopt system. He works fulltime with an orphan care ministry. As such, he knows the details of what it takes to become a foster parent and/or adopt from this perspective. Financial/Administrative Assistance Leader - Rick Allen Rick and his team assist families in need of the money to fund an adoption. God has provided Christian accountants and attorneys able to give guidance about the best way to raise the necessary funds to adopt. Ongoing Orphan Care Ministry Leaders - Todd & Debbie Martin Todd and Debbie have experience in adoptions and service in Eastern Europe. They are focused on providing ongoing opportunities for Green Acres members to provide meaningful ministry to the fatherless. They have planned an array of domestic and international ministry opportunities that will allow you to show the love of Jesus to an orphan and children in foster care. Prayer  Leader - Gail Thigpen
There are several prayer groups within Green Acres who have been praying for Hope For 100 for months. Gail has been instrumental in keeping before the prayer groups and Hope For 100 Leadership Team the need to depend on God to call His people to action on behalf of orphans. When all is said and done, God will have accomplished His plans! Awareness  Leaders - Gillian Sheridan & Glenn Price
This team is responsible for helping to keep the biblical message of caring for orphans at the forefront and to communicate the Church's mandate as clearly as possible. Gillian and Glenn are both communications professionals and their passion to tell others about Hope For 100 is a great blessing! |
